"This apartment is all about location! The absolute best view one can wake up to, very easy access to public transport to the (old) city center (but you can also do a 20 to 30min walk), and right next to a supermarket, lovely baker and other local (food)shops. Being able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes for a refreshing swim in the morning is amazing!!! The hosts were informative, easy to get in contact with, and on our last day we were allowed to leave our luggage at their office since we had to check out at 10am, but our flight left at 8pm."

"Obviously there's quite some heavy noise from the Promenade des Anglais itself, but it didn't bother us much. The pillows and beds weren't as comfortable as we would have liked and we woke up with quite some pains each day. Especially since we were very active during our stay, a good night's rest is key, but I don't think I've made it past 5 hours of sleep because it just wasn't that comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials, but the basics for cooking (like salt, pepper, oil) were way past the expiration date. Also, the floor wasn't cleaned in a long time is our guess, white socks are black within a day...Thankfully there is a great washing machine you can use. Everything else in the apartment was very clean though, so it's just a minor detail."
